Where to Start

WHERE TO START

STEP 1: Head to Book A Class for a direct link to Mindbody to choose your location and create an account.

STEP 2: If you are new to Pilates, please choose from Foundations or a private session to get started. If you are experienced in Pilates Reformer, you are free to choose from any of our other classes!

STEP 3: Once you decide which class/private you would like to begin with, select the time and MindBody will direct you to a list of pricing options including newbie specials!

STEP 4: Visit our FAQ page to review what all is required (grippy socks, etc.) and follow your welcome email instructions once you have booked your class.

STEP 5: Arrive to the studio 5 minutes before class start time and check in with us at the front desk. You are all set from there!


We are incredibly passionate about sharing Pilates with newbies! THE DAILY foundations is a traditional fifty minute Pilates Reformer class that we designed specifically for beginners or those looking for a more mindful, slower paced practice. With special attention to proper alignment, this low impact workout will carefully introduce reformer exercises to help build strength, develop flexibility, and release stress for the ultimate mind/body experience. For those looking for a more personalized experience we offer private sessions as well!
