WHERE TO START

We are incredibly passionate about sharing Pilates with newbies! THE DAILY foundations is a traditional fifty minute Pilates Reformer class that we designed specifically for beginners or those looking for a more mindful, slower paced practice. With special attention to proper alignment, this low impact workout will carefully introduce reformer exercises to help build strength, develop flexibility, and release stress for the ultimate mind/body experience. For those looking for a more personalized experience we offer private sessions as well!


OUR SIGNATURE CLASS

SCULPT, our signature Pilates Reformer class combines the most effective classical exercises with modern sports science for the latest in resistance training. Expect a full body flow designed to lengthen, align, sculpt and release. Leave feeling refreshed and reformed!
*Previous reformer experience required.



OTHER CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

SCULPT HIIT 45: Elevate the heart rate with high intensity bursts of cardio with our signature Sculpt reformer moves. Aka, the best multi-tasking workout ever!

*Previous experience on the reformer is required due to the intensity and faster pace of the class.

SCULPT JUMP: This cardio/plyometrics/pilates combination is every bit as fun as it sounds. Designed to build speed and power through activation of the fast twitch muscle fibers, this routine is a great alternative for a low-impact cardio workout. Expect to jump, kick, press, lift and rotate to fatigue for the ultimate sweat sesh!

*This is an advanced reformer class for those who are confident in handling the carriage with control. Previous experience on the reformer is required.

Reformer Stretch + Sound Bath: Part of our unique wellness series, prepare to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Class begins with Pilates heart and hip opening stretches on the reformer to help release tension before softening and unwinding into a calming sound bath. Our sound facilitators use crystal bowls, chimes, meditation, and more to help you release stress and sink peacefully into a rest and digest state equivalent to getting hours sleep. The class ends with an empowering affirmation to send you off joyful and inspired.
